Rodeos will begin at 9 a.m. with books opening at 8:00 a.m. The books will close at 9:30 for all Peewee events. Books will close for all other events as soon as that event begins. Membership fees are $50 per family, due before the first rodeo. Entry fees are as follows:
Lead line Events $15.00 per event (see changes in rules) Speed Events (all other ages) $25.00 per event. Roping $35.00 Team Roping $50.00 A $10.00 stock charge is included in all roping entry fees. SOME AGES HAVE CHANGED! CHECK YOUR RULES!

Each contestant will be required to sell 10 raffle tickets and attend 5 of the 6 rodeos in order to be eligible for year- end prizes. Raffle tickets will be handed out to each contestant at the first rodeo. Prizes will be awarded to the top two (2) sellers. Tickets or money are to be turned in on or before the June rodeo. Contestants will be ineligible for year-end prizes if tickets are not sold.

Due to the growth and number of contestants, we feel it is necessary to enforce mail in memberships and entry fees. This will allow us to input all of the information in the system before each rodeo and enable us to start the rodeos on time. This will not be enforced to first time members since they will not be receiving this information. If anyone knows of an interested family, feel free to give them copies of this information. Entry forms for each rodeo are enclosed. Entry forms/fees must be postmarked for each rodeo by required posted dates.

Copies of current Coggins for each horse and births certificates are required and must be on file before contestants are allowed to participate. A late fee of $30 will be charged for all late entries. There will continue to be a 60% payout per rodeo, excluding Lead Line. Year end prizes will consist of:

All Around Saddles
Reserve All Around Prices
1st through 5th year end prizes per event

(There must be a minimum of 5 contestants in each event in 5 of the 6 rodeos in order to be eligible for all around prizes.) NOTE: Team roping points are now included with all roping events.
